SHORTAGE / ERROR
Should you receive an incorrect order or a shortage,
you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of
shipment to place a claim. No claim will be considered
without your copy of the original invoice and return
goods authorization. Errors on our part will be
reshipped via least expensive way unless other
arrangements are made with us. |

RETURN ITEMS All return items must
have prior authorization before any returns will be
accepted and a 15% restocking charge for handling and
repacking will be assessed. Customer will be assessed
for any freight charges on refused orders. No returns
will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. No

PRICES Due to the fluctuation of
material and labor costs prices are subject to change
without notice. No credits will be given as a result of

SPECIAL ORDERS All special orders will
require full payment in advance. No special orders will

references to establish an open account. Terms are net
10 days OR net 30 days depending on amount of
anticipated monthly purchases. Determination to extend
either open account is entirely at
